Its the Friday roundup! So about 2 weeks ago I did an engagement shoot with Divya and Suraj. They did a fantastic job of thinking through locations they wanted their photos taken, which I always appreciate. We often tell couples to think of places that they go to often or have some sort of special meaning to them. Thats often a great starting point for the engagement shoot and makes it more like a date for the couple! For Divya and Suraj, we went to Barnes ‘n Noble, Pequod’s for lunch (a pizza joint in Lincoln Park that Divya and Suraj rave of; indeed it is delicious!), Lincoln Park, and Molly’s Cupcakes. We all had a good times and good eats! I was reminded of how valuable an engagement shoot is in getting to know the couple. And to find out the latest and greatest food joints (thank you Divya and Suraj!). And the pumpkin cupcake was amazing!
