I always count it a privilege to have a job like mine and meet the people that I meet. I have had remarkable encounters with couples and have always felt blessed to be a part of their day. Craig and Lauren exceeded that. From first meeting them, to their engagement session, to seeing them walk down the aisle together, I learned that these two were both incredibly genuine and amiable people.
Craig and Lauren’s wedding day was special to document in that there were many elements that were important to them. Their wedding bands were made of reforged gold collected from family members. They had two heirloom quilts finished especially for their wedding. Their centerpieces were beautiful displays of mason jars, dried flowers, burlap, and candlelight. And their guestbook was awesome– a watercolor painted tree that guests decorated with leaves using their thumb prints.
Craig and Lauren, I’m extremely happy for you both and want to congratulate you on your commitment to one another. Enjoy!
