Our first stop on our trip to Europe was Helsinki, Finland.  Our one regret on our entire trip is that we couldn’t spend more time here.  The city had an air and quality to it that Sharon and I both enjoyed very much.  It was well into Fall of what was then early September, perfect for putting on our sweaters and scarves.  With what little time we had, we walked all over the city and took in sights: the lady selling fish from her boat, the countless cafés, the open-air market and colorful architecture.  By the way, I had to sing to myself Architecture in Helsinki while strolling here.  You know, ‘when in Rome.’ Its worth checking out one day   And here’s a random fact for you: Fin’s drink more coffee per capita than any other country.  Here’s to that…
