We had the privilege of going to Finland this past September to photograph Vibeke & Christian’s wedding at Westerby Gard in Ingä. Christian and Vibeke are from Norway, so this was truly a destination wedding for them and their guests. Although there were beautiful landscapes, crisp contemplative weather and cottage-like lodging, what made this wedding so special were the people. We could see the special bond between all the friends and family as we shared meals with all of them, and we were inspired by the intentionality of those relationships. Christian & Vibeke even went to the extent of writing a personal message to every guest as a part of their favors…impressive. However, it was completely characteristic of these two friendly individuals, and we were so glad to be there to capture their wedding day.
