Anna and Matt’s wedding is one we will cherish for a long time. We met them on a cold Chicago day, over warm coffees, in the early winter. They shared with us their vision for their wedding which included Anna’s dad building a venue, tasty wine, a gathering of longtime friends and family and a heartfelt celebration of their commitment to each other. While we knew Matt and Anna were special we didn’t understand the depth of their relationship and the story they have written together over many years…since they were teenagers in fact! Their families that gathered, the seasonably cool August sun, the aesthetic value of the day and of course, Matt and Anna’s love story culminated into a gorgeous, profound wedding day. We left feeling honored to have captured this couple and the people they love the most. And no, this is not Napa Valley! In fact, this is Illinois at it’s finest, complete with a full moon! We raise our wine glasses to Matt and Anna as we relive a breathtaking August evening in Illinois.
