It turns out, Milwaukee isn’t so bad. We’re not saying we ever thought it was, but we Chicagoans sometimes think we’re the biggest thing here in the Midwest. And while we do love our city, Megan & Chris helped us realize that Milwaukee is worth a visit or two. The open spaces by the lake shore, turn of the century homes, and blue collar feel had a charm we enjoyed. Maybe because we’re from Chicago. Nonetheless, Megan & Chris are the biggest reason we enjoyed Milwaukee. Spending time with them reminded us why we love what we do. We had so much fun on this shoot, and Chris and Megan were great at being at ease with us. For their engagement photo locations, they suggested Alterra Coffee (we happily obliged), North Point Lighthouse (where Chris proposed), and the 3rd Ward. Well chosen you two. We’re excited for their June wedding, where we get to visit Milwaukee for the second time. Chicago, don’t be jealous.
